In affectionate remembrance / of / Mary Ann, / the dearly beloved wife of / William Israel HAM, / who departed this life on the 25th of Feby 1874, / aged 57 years. / Mourn not for her whom God hath blest, / and taken to her heavenly rest; / freed from all sorrow, grief and pain, / our loss is her eternal gain. / Also the above William Israel HAM, / who died 14th Aug. 1889, / aged 73 years. / *Gone but not forgotten.* / Also William Israel HAM, / aged 23 years. / Youngest son of William Israel and Ellen HAM / of Toxteth Park, Liverpool, / who died at sea on board the Steamer *Thebes*, / while on a voyage to Odessa on the 1st June 1901, / and was interred at Theodosia. / In foreign lands thy dying eyes were closed / but tender hands thy stiffening limbs composed / with loving hands thy humble grave adorned / by strangers loved and strangers mourned.
